I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and preparation before your order is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes! At EVQIA, you may request an order cancellation free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with the subject line "CANCEL" and include your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Simply reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the correct shipping information.

We will do our best to update your address within 24 hours of order placement, provided your order has not already been dispatched.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

At EVQIA, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team and provide:

- Your order number.

- A clear photograph of the damaged product.

- A brief description of the issue.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will be happy to arrange a replacement free of charge where appropriate.
